I brewed up a batch yesterday arvo and had it all cubed up around 5 but this morning I noticed a small amount of wort had dribbled out of the bung hole I quickly cleaned it off, sprayed with starsan and tightened the bung a bit. It seems to have stopped leaking but I'm a little worried about possible infection. what do you think guys? Should I be worried?

I wouldn’t worry, but I would ferment it today.

it does provide a path to infection so yep, id ferment ASAP..

only cube I ever lost was to a leaky tap.. I dont use taps on the cubes anymore.

Thanks guys have had a hectic morning had to bottle a brew to make room in the fridge but its in the fermenter now so fingers crossed it turns out good.

When I've had issues with cubes, I've known straightaway if the wort has gone bad. If it doesn't stink to high heaven and the cube didn't swell, it should be ok.

Smelt great when pouring into the fermenter so I guess that's a good sign
