What should we brew? I have heaps of grain, but no hops atm...need to make a run to ellerslie...


I think a Kolsh, plan to mash-in about 1 pm satdy (I think the kids and wife may be home so if you want to bring you little brewers then they can all look after themselves), I think I have all the grain etc.. If you've got a cube bring it over and we'll see what happens.

N.B last sunday watching the foot I was drinking Dubble's (got a couple harch AIPA's on tap so I thought that was the only session beer I had) and it wasn't pretty :)
