nope, still archaic laws in NSW as far as I know...

This is great to see and hopefully a sign of things to come further North!
 
A couple of local brewers have stalls at the Farmers Markets in Orange.
 
Ahhh nice Mosto, maybe the laws have been updated or I am just an idiot...maybe both. Research required
 
The laws changed in nsw last February, so now you can sell at markets similar to wines.
So it is moving in the right direction.
 
Often see local small scale brewers at farmers markets in Victoria.
 
I've seen Hillbillly sell their cider (and wine) at local markets. Their barrel aged vintage cider is very tasty indeed!
