Hi All,

Is is possible to bottle for the keg at 18 deg C? I have a keg I intend to use but i don't have another fridge or a temp-rite to chill it...

Is it ok to over gas the beer a little and counter pressure fill bottles from that? I know it seems like overkill but a few people don't like the yeast in the bottles and i believe if you have the materials to do something you may as well try.

so what do you guys think is there anyone who has filled bottles hot?

Cheers

At a guess

I think if you use a counter pressure bottle filler you would be ok.
If you don't keep it under pressure it will probably foam, being warm and all.
You could cool it just for bottling?

Try it both ways and tell us all how it goes

Counter pressure + warm
Counter pressure + cold
Dribble + warm
Dribble + cold
