I'm going to put on a Coopers Mexican Cervesa on the weekend.
It was a late notice decision so I don't have time to make a decent yeast starter but I have a spare yeast from a Coopers Pale Ale form last month that I was thinking of pitching with the included yeast for more initial cell numbers.
Does anyone know if the dry yeast in all of the Coopers kits, apart from the European Lager, is the same?
A quick response would be greatly appreciated so I don't have to go out and buy more yeast tomorrow.
Cheers!
Jono.
