Putting a brew down today.....

Can of original Bitter
1kg of BE2
500g of LDM
200g Molasses
2 x 12g Fuggles hops (Hop Infusion)
Kit yeast pluss anothor packet of english ale yeast
Made to 23L
Brewed at 20c
1 carbo drop per 500ml bottle

What ya think?

Sounds fine, although you've gone overboard on the yeast - one of the packets should have been fine. having said that, I can't see it doing any damage.

I generally store my kit yeasts that I don't use in the fridge. I've had good success on simpler brews even with 2 year old yeast this way, although as a rule of thumb fresher is always better.

The brew sounds good, let us know how it turns out - boingk

Im gonna use Safale s-04
I could not get my hands on any Molasses so im making it with out it.

Lyle's Black treacle is better for english style beers than mollasses imho, and most supermarkets stock it. That said recipe probably should be fine without.
