one of the buttons (the buttons are b, I, u, etc..) when you reply or add reply or create is a thing called "insert link", if you highlight the word, then put your url in you'll get the link (FYI, the link to word goes to theage)

When you make a post or reply to one you can hit the insert link button which will provide a pop up for entering the web address and then the words you want to use as the link

Click on the link button past the URL then hit ok then in the next pop up window enter the text you want to display then hit ok and the code will all be done for you

the code will look something like :

[url="http://www.aussiehomebrewer.com/forum/index.php?"]HERE[/url]
