Has anyone noticed that the Weyermann Pilsner Malt is a little darker than normal.
I had better clear things up and state that I'm talking about a Bohemian Pilsner using 88% Pilsner Malt 6% Wheat and 6% Carapils.
It could very well be just me but I reckon the finished beer has got to be at least two points darker than what I'm used to.
The batch No is 107.
