Just thought I would share a pic of my cider gear. The spiedel hydro press and crusher are from grain and grape. The price of entry for the press is high, but it is bloody brillant on juice extraction, and so easy to do. We built a table for the crusher, which we can remove for cleaning and mount a table top on it for the rest of the year when we aren't using it. the bottom shelf slides out to get the bucket out. Transformed our cider making this season.
