Hi,

Does anyone have a AG BOM for a Choc Mog Porter?

I've searched the net for days now, during work time of course, and cannot find an AG Receipe for a Choc Mog porter.

I've done a Robust Porter last month (my first AG) and it turns out ok but nothing special.
I don't know how to get the ruby red velvet of a choc mog.

I've fallen in love with the Cascade C.M.P. made with wheat extract and Saaz at 3 times normal strength.
(I like big beers) 8 - 11%.

I've been looking but cannot find anything.

Can anyone help? Thank in advance.

I've had only one PM on this subject.

Sounds like my search was correct. There isn't much out there for a Choc. Mog Porter.

Maybe dream one up and we'll critique it as you go :D

No links but search around for chocolate porter, if you haven't already, don't include the mahogany, or even ask for info about chocolate or brown porter I think it is.

have a look at Ross's recent sour orange choc porter in the AG section and skip the sour orange part for starting idea. It certainly is a big beer with plenty of choc...
