Hi all,
I've just joined the forum as I'm just getting back into brewing after a 20 odd year break. I'll be trying my hand at kegging, as the tedium bottling was the reason I stopped. My first brew goes down on Friday. It will be a Wals Pale Ale with the addition of some cascade & Galaxy hops about half way through fermentation. I've drilled into my fridge without hitting any lines so all is looking good so far.
