Hi Guys

Our local food co op has an oversupply of honey at the moment. They have 300kg in 15kg buckets that they are selling for $7/kg. You need to buy a whole bucket ($105). I just bought 30kg. Its an Ironbark/mountain gum blend, fairly light in colour and taste. I have a trial batch brewing at the moment, still fermenting but I'm thinking it will make a nice light easy drinking mead and a good base for fruit meads.

If anyone wants some, you can contact them directly at [email protected]

Cheers
Dave
