I have been fermenting for 5 days in primary, 7 days in secondary and then placing into fridge @ 4 degrees to settle the yeast before kegging.
I have now decided to use the fridge for temp control fermenting.
The problem I have is there is a couple of cubes in the fridge that will have to come out until the next keg empties.
If I bring the cubes out of refrigeration & let them warm to ambient temp will it affect the brew?

Should be fine, call it a "diacetal rest" :)
Try to keep it as cool as you can, and try to keep it still too - once it warms up it will be easier to disturb the yeast undoing all of your good work in cold conditioning.
