At this stage Steve will organise a "AHB Easter Drink at the Wig & Pen" . Bindi from Qld and myself from NSW will be the special interstate guests - all AHBers from the ACT and surrounds are invited. I will also bring a couple of bottles of HB and anyone who comes and would like to swap a bottle or two will be encouraged !

If time permits or an alternative venue sought Zierholz would make a brilliant second stop (PUB CRAWL !)

I went for the first time. I did not detect you, Fatgodzilla, there, but then I did not ask. I was a fun night with lots of samples to try. It was very friendly and not as geeky as I feared it could be.

...G'Day Bindi...when you're finished with Richards sensational beers at the Wig go see Dan "the man" Rayner at pLONK in Fyshwick...he will sort you out for all that Belgian goodness...Top Beer Shop, owned by a Top Bloke who employs a Top Bloke who is a truly Top Brewer....

You'd have known if I was there :lol:

Thought I had a major car problem Thursday arvo and didn't think the car would make it over the mountain, so pulled pin at the last moment. Was really a simple matter that wouldn't have stopped me if I'd looked in the right place first time around.

Will make up for it next meeting !See if you can make next weekend's Wig & Pen session ! We any closer to a date ? Bugger the time - all day session sounds the go

Since you're the local, find the opening hours for next Saturday ! I'm in whenever too !

No worries......arms easily twisted to pop in to the W&P during the week and find out. Im sure it'll be open. Not sure about Zierholz. Ask on the club site or give them a call.

Rightyo - the W&P is open on Saturday. They open at 2.00 was expecting a bit earlier. But hey its worth the wait. Bindi and Fatz i'll be the one standing outside waiting. 13 beers on tap. The Bulldog Best Bitter is tasting very fine at the moment. $7.50 a pint. Might have to see 'er in doors for a loan.
