My director unfortunately had to close his restaurant down.

We’ve pulled out the beer lines and the chiller under the bar and the kegs have been disconnected.

He is just wanting to take them to the distributor and leave it at that, but with 2 of them 3/4 full, is it ok to reconnect these up?

I want to bring them home and set them up, but I only have a fridge big enough for one.

What are my options??

Easy as, you just need to find out which coupler fits the keg & buy/hire one

This is assuming you already have taps etc

Even if the kegs have been disconnected and aren’t chilled anymore?

As long as air hasnt got in the keg which is unlikely because yhere will generally be at least a small amount of pressure above atmosphere your all good. They may have become depressurised a little which could make the beer a little flatter.
