c02 Cylinder Repair in Brisbane/Logan

G'day, I have a c02 tank, lasted many many kegs force carbing+dispensing but after getting it refilled at brew by u, Once I got home and hooked it up to carb up a brew I could hear gas leaking so I put it under water to see exactly where it was coming from and found it now leaks through the top near the handle, I am guessing a broken valve? Has anyone had such a leak? know of any place that repair tanks in the Brisbane area or should I just buy a new tank?

How long before cylinder needs retesting if the valve is leaking then get that fixed .
