Byo December Issue

Got home tonight and the December issue was waiting.

There is a great article on Xmas beers, with a heap of recipes. Also another article on the Samiclaus brew we were talking about in another thread a month or two back.

With my new brewing book, and the latest BYO, I'll be doing the most reading off paper I've done in a long time in the next week.

so is it worth the subscription just for the info alone? or is it full or ads that are not relevant to us here is AUS?

The online article on chocolate is good, maybe the hardcopy might be worth the investment.

although 0.45kg of cocoa powder seems alot.
