can you use aluminium pots for brewing?.
i am gradually converting to the dark side and i am in the process of purchasing equiptment.
i read alot about stainless steel, but not much about aluminium,is there a reason for this.

People like shiny things so they write about SS.

Aluminium is fine for brewing. Just be a bit careful with how you look after it and you'll be a richer man than if you'd bought the steel.
