Brewing Software Help

Does anyone know how I can get Brewers Workshop working on Windows 7 or even better Ipad 2?

Ive been using Brewers Workshop since 97 but it wont work on Windows 7 and they stopped making it. Ive tried new software such as ProMash and BeerSmith but I would prefer my old Brewers Workshop back because i was so used to it and it was user freindly.

Ive tried googling and installing XP mode with no luck. Im not the best at IT stuff. Im willing to purchase any software.

Hopefully there was somene else in my position. Is there any better software ideas.

My only solution so far is to use my partners old lap top.

Is there something like VMWare Fusion for Windows 7? That would allow you to install Windows XP in a Virtual Box on your Desktop, then run Brewers Workshop from there?

Yes you should be able to get it up and running on Windows 7 using Windows Xp Mode ==> http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx...

Also tho I haven't seem Brewers Workshop myself. I've had success at converting/Opening Promash Recipes & Beersmith Recipes into BrewMate
so can try and get those converted over for you as well

I've found Ibrewmate on iPad 2 to be pretty good
