hi all, have a brew down at the moment ( dry lager with only 500g of dex.) will the fg be a little higher due to less sugar? currently 1009 for 2 days.
off topic if a brew has not finished in fv and has been kegged and gassed will it still be ok to drink? have a funny feeling i put one on without consecutive readings.

Dextrose is 100% fermentable so you're FG shouldn't be any different than if you used 1kg, your OG will be higher though.
