Yeah I've tried as many aussie interpretations as I've discovered and they all seem, well, Australian...

yeah they do don't they.... this won't..... well, it shouldn't.... hopefully.
If I can recreate the ones that I have made on a small scale then I will be happy ! ... and sorry to say it but I do think that yeast management is the biggest factor.

Hopefully Greg will get someone soon, SCB has some good beers in their lineup (particularly the ESB ).
