new to brewing, on my fourth batch now, but would like to expand my knowledge of the craft. can anyone recommend some good reference books to start off with. Great site keep uop the good work guys

I'm new too, and definitely recommend using this site: How to Brew It's helped nearly as much as this forum.

Agree with Shed101 completely. Have recently moved from Kit and Kilo to all grain and the How to Brew book has been fantastic assistance at all levels.
