For those interested, Jeppe, the owner of a beershop in Copenhagen called lbutikken, recently had the opportunity to make a special batch of blueberry lambic (Blbr Lambik) at Cantillon for his shop. There's a text report here and a picture report here.

I don't know, but when you find it put me down for one!!!!

Cantillon was an amazing place, thinking of the Rose de Gambrinus still makes my mouth water....

Jeppe is a lucky guy, not to mention generous too. lbutikken is one of my favourite beer shops in the world.

His brother makes some pretty kick-ass beer too :beerbang:

I was in the shop a few weeks back and he was soo chuffed about the experience, although aparently there has been all sorts of trouble with the label and getting onto the shelf. Thanks for the link mal... Lambic week 40 mins down the road sounds the goods. :beerbang: B)
