Brew Died Overnight

Hey guys,

Ok Thursday i had three stubbies of brew (been in fridge for about a week, bottled 3 weeks ago) tasted all good nothing suss...

Friday i open one up and pour it, took a sip and it honestly felt like a horse just pissed in my mouth i ran for the sink and nearly threw up!!

This is from the same batch as the others! So i opened another and it was bearable but not as nice as thursday...

What has happened?? Does the temp in the cupboard they're stored in have an effect ? does leaving them in the fridge for long periods effect it?

Bah scared of my brew now lol

If it is just certain bottles that are this bad you probably didnt clean/sanitise them (the bottles) properly.

I'm not exactly sure what horse piss tastes like so if you have any better adjectives we can find the problem easier

Probably a bad stubbie which wasn't washed/sanitised properly. Try another and see if that one's bad.
