Braidwood Ales At The Riverview Hotel

just checked the new website..... hmmmmm swanky, bit of a shame in my eyes really..!
i loved the 'ole english pub' of the OLD Riverview.
Spent a few lazy sunday arvo's reading the paper and swilling some Braidwood in the old lounges in the corner.

Guess it just becomes another of the 'sterile stainless' crew for me.

Is the hand pump still present...?

nah Kong, not sterile at all. You have to ask where the toilets are now, before you could smell them as you walked in.
No hand-pump, but there could be some great beers on tap over the next little while.

I dunno, you sure Merivale didn't buy it...?
Definite loss with reference to the pump.
Toilets, well, I lived in the east end of London, I've seen and had to clean worse (or at least tell people to clean worse).

I'll have to trust you on the expected tap line up...
