I did a 10min boil with 20grams of galaxy in my coopers APA today and I left the hop tea bags in the fv is that OK or should I have taken them out I'm hearing everyone having grassy after taste from galaxy if left to long in fv

Take them out.

Once the hops go in the boil, it is the oils that come out (Alpha Acids) that give the aroma, taste and bitterness.

Leaving the vegetable matter in the FV- particularly Galaxy, will leave you with grassiness.
