G'day Brewers,
I've got an English IPA extract brew planned for tomorrow and will be using a lovely fresh pack of Boadicea hop pellets for flavour and aroma. Here's what I have penciled in for them,
27 litres
OG 1.060
1028 @ 19 degrees C
30g @ 20mins
30g @ 5 mins
30g dry hopped around day 5
Has anyone had any experience with the hop or recommend an alternate schedule?
What can I expect from them?
I'm keen to put them to the test and wanted to help them shine.
I'll be bittering with my English hop left-overs,
15g Northern Brewer @ 60mins
40g EKG @ 60mins
20g Fuggles @ 60mins
Expecting around 55 IBU all up.
Cheers,
Boagsy
