Hi
Does anybody know of a substitute for bitter orange peel for wit beer. We have no asian supermarkets in Bundaberg and I can't get it from anywhere else. Can I use something else. I am really desperate as I tried my first Hoegaarden last week and want my own keg full can anyone please help.

You can also just use freshly grated (navel) orange rind.

With an ambitious clone attempt like Hoegaarden Wit, you'd want to maybe make a few small test batches? 10 litres of utter failure is a lot less painful than 23l :)
