Sounds like an interesting idea as long as it doesn't impart any taste.

Tried a similar product a few years ago just for the hell of it. Couldn't see any real difference to be honest, and my belief now is that if you can't achieve and retain a good head through the brewing practice, ingredients, proper glasses, carbonation levels etc then there is something wrong with the process.
Be keen to get your feedback and opinion though, as it was quite a few years ago.
