great interview, beats the **** out of the brewstrong one.

Better than the BBR show on BIAB, too.

What a pair of ******s on that one.

Looks like BIAB iss gaining popularity (ducks for covert)

Hey, thanks very much for taking the time to have a listen. Havent done an interview in about a dozen years and have never been on skype so I hope I didnt forget too many things  . Brads an extremely nice bloke and I really enjoyed getting to speak to him face to face. He puts in a lot of hard work and produces a high volume of quality resources for us. Have no idea how he does it  .

I did say thanks to all the guys out there that have got the ball rolling on BIAB but Brad had to edit the interview down to 30 minutes so apologies that bit didnt get to air.

Thanks a heap and :icon_cheers:
Pat

Good interview Pat. Can't believe you didnt mention Baa Bra or Inciders sister, poor form mate!

I think some serious editing happened there mate ? About three hours of the uncut interview was spent on these two due to their obvious skills and experience in cereals and bag pulling. I may have got too technical / offered too much information perhaps? I knew I'd get something wrong .

;)

Patricia,

You never got a thing wrong from what I heard mate. ;)
When you comin' back to your ol' stampin grounds?

Just had a listen - Nice work Pat!

Good info and should definitely get people interested in the method.

Cheers

Just finished listening to the podcast. Like other brewers have said, Good job Pat! Thoroughly Informative and just a bloody good listen.

Brad Smith is certainly a more direct and informative broadcaster than the BN regulars. They would have taken half an hour just to get round to talking to Pat, the rest of the time being ums, arrs and silly little in-jokes and plugs for sponsors.

Excellent interview Pat, nicely researched, thoroughly enjoyed listening to it :icon_cheers:
Just one little thing for futurre reference, wort is pronounced "wert"

Cheers Ross

He got the likka thing right, no way does beer contain water

Once again, thanks a heap for having a listen and taking the time to write above. Really appreciate this.

I've been too scared to listen to it more than once but I remember now Ross, smacking myself on the head and saying, "You idiot!" when I heard myself say 'wart.' LOL! I think there was another point where my brain stopped working as it took me about ten seconds to work out that two times 5 gallons equals ten gallons .

My goodness!
Pat

P.S. As for moving back to old stamping grounds Pete, I reckon everyone wants to move away from Perth at the moment. Average daily max temp here since Jan 1 has been about 32 deg C and very humid. I think we are all going a bit mad here but have nothing to whinge about considering what the conditions have been like over east . It's been great to read how well you have all banded together and made the best of things :icon_cheers:.

That just shows the problem with the metric system. Mention gallons to you guys and your brain shuts down.
