They are good recipes, I understand that the Candi is made in Belgium tho I cant be sure of that, the company however is American.

Absolutely not a problem, just back from four days with no internet access, apparently when a backhoe digs up the phone line it all stops working.
There are some cracking good recipes in there have brewed a couple and they are well worth doing.
