Chippy,
firstly, congats on your new set-up your scored !

OK, your sweet beer.
Not how i would have tackled this one but,
Why so hasty after only a week of ccing?
Did you feel that the ferment was not complete, thus adding more yeast /rousing ?
The addition of a cup full of sugar( in the keg) sends chills down mine throat.
I am sure all will work out in the end , but you seems a little heavy handed in your approach.....anyway hope it all works out.

Hydrometer readings usually give a bit of a clue as to what has to be done, and how far off the mark you might be.

What is your FG reading?

1020 is definately on the high side.
You may have some luck with the additional yeast, personally, I would have taken a sample of say 500ml to test with more yeast first, to see if it will start up, and to see how much better it will get. The extra sugar may not be the end of the world as it will give the yeast something easy to eat while they become adapted to working in your beer (complete with alcohol).
Good luck
