Interesting thing I have noticed since starting to brew. Would never have thought of drinking a warm commercial beer. But I drink warm home brew ( around 18 deg ) quite often. It taste great warm or cold.
I really enjoy tasting how it changes as it ferments too. Whenever I test the gravity I usually drink the sample after. I tell my wife I have to check it for infections which is partially true :chug:
