Beer And Port

Did a little search, but came up with only the port and stout thread. Which incidently gave me the idea to add a shot of port to a beer. Has anyone actually tried this before? I decided tonight to add to my mexican and found it ot be quite nice. SWMBO is not a big fan of beer and hates port, tasted this before I told her what it was and she was a huge fan. (DAMN) I think this could become a regular evening refreshment in the yellamo household.
