We are taking it all back to basics and answering those questions that you may have been a little embarrassed to ask - 'So what exactly is an IPA and what makes it different to a lager?' Beer expert and resident writer for Beermat and Crafty Pints, Matt Kirkegaard, will be your host for the evening.
He has selected 10 different styles of beers for you to try and will give you a detailed understanding of what goes into brewing and producing each style of beer. Dinner will consist of 3 courses designed to highlight the beers being tasted during the evening.
1st Course Cheese and Charcuterie platter including confit dug leg and mustard fruits
2nd Course Barramundi Slider & a Beef & blue cheese slider accompanied with onion rings
3rd Course Chocolate stout Affagato with Almond Biscotti
