After a five year break I am getting the brew gear out once again, but this time replacing a lot of the old 'hard work; gear with some new equipment. I think I certainy have some catching up to do with current grains and a whole range of hops etc that weren't around then, but looking forward to it. Hope you don't mind, but no doubt I will have a few questions to ask
