This weekend on Saturday 17th January, we have an IPA Beerfest showcasing 18 different IPAs...
[SIZE=14.3999996185303px]W[/SIZE]e will be running 9 extra taps featuring 8 Single Hop IPA's & a combination 8 Hop IPA. Approx alc 8.0%.
11.00am to 4.00pm: 9 x USA IPA's on tap. [SIZE=14.3999996185303px]USA: Amarillo, Azacca, Cascade, Citra, Centennial, Chinook, Mosaic, Simcoe & 8 Hops all mix.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14.3999996185303px]4.00pm to 9.00pm: 9 x NZ IPA's on tap. [/SIZE][SIZE=14.3999996185303px]NZ: Motuaka, Nelson Sauvin, Pacific Jade, Rakau, Riwaka, Wakatu, Wai-iti, Waimea & 8 hops all mixed.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14.3999996185303px]We will have 2 special takeaway cartons (1 x USA & 1 x NZ - 9 mixed bottles) available for pre-order on the day [/SIZE]
Anyone, on the day at the Brewery, will be able to pre-order cartons, 9 x 500ml USA &/or 9 x 500ml NZ IPA's. These will be brewed fresh for collection/delivery approx 4 weeks after the event at $76.00 a carton (normal price $86.00). This offer is only for people who physically turn up on Saturday. No one who orders & pays on the day will miss out & any surplus cases (if available) will be made available to purchase online ($86.00) once we ascertain the numbers left...

On the day, our regular 15 taps will also be featuring 6 competition winning beers from the local Home brew Club - Brisbane Amateur Beer brewers (BABBS). The beers won 1st place in the club's mini-comps during the year & the winning brewers got to come down to Bacchus Brewing Co & brew them commercially for this event. We will even have some bottled for takeaways on the day & will also be doing growler fills of these & beers from our regular taps. BABBS are laying on taxis back to town during the evening for BABBS members, so just get yourself a lift down to the Brewery & enjoy a day of great beers & great company.
Should be a great day... Don't miss it!!!
