What exactly is automated in it? Just looks like an ordinary 3V system to me.

Anyway, there are importers of SABCO systems in Australia, which look pretty similar. Just do a search it's been covered previously.
 
As far as I know, "core brewing concepts" is working on a solution for our market.
 
None of these systems are as "automated" as you think, they're actually alot more work than you realise... in fact I reckon they create even more work compared to the most basic all grain setup, but they improve quality and consistency, IMHO.

If the definition of full automation is to add crushed grain, dial up a recipe and expect to have fresh worth ready for pitching inside your fermenter at the end of the day, then you would require controllers for temperature, volume (level) and flowrate, meaning you need all kinds of sensors with feedback loops that control heating elements, flow control valves, and pumps. That could get kind of expensive....
