Hello all

I usually make up a brigalow or black rock kit with the addition of 2-4 litres of fresh 100% apple juice.
Well despite going to the shops on friday night, saturday and saturday night I forgot to grab any juice..
Today I put on a brigalow kit without the juice and was wondering if at time to bottle I could prime it with apple juice.
The last bottle i had contained 220g of sugar in two litres

Meaning there is about 1g of sugar per 9ml's
so around 63-65 ml's of fresh juice in the bottom of the bottles would be 7gs of sugar.
Would this vary to much? I would shake the juice of course.

would this work?

I can't see why not. Make sure there are no preservatives in the juice (you probably already know that :))
