Apa To Impress - Ideas For All Grain

I have a mate coming over and he wants to see if i can brew a JS golden ale style beer. now i used to have a few brews (over 7 attempts) to get it right but i have a new pc so i no longer have my notes.

I have fresh cascade, joe white ale and powells pils with some old special grains

i had a look through the recipeDB but didnt find what i wanted.

i was thinking 1050 SG with ale malt and maybe some cara malt and a bit of wheat for head. some older hops for bitterness as i want to clean out the freezer and cascade from 20min to chill.

I will brew 80Lt so any idea on hop rates?

I dont want overly hoppy but slightly more than james squire. (if it was for me i would hope it heavy but they may not like that as much as myself)

Try this one, multiply by 4 and use cascade instead. Easy.

No probs. On the bottom right hand corner of the recipe page, click on 'Discuss Recipe' this has been brewed plenty of times, should be a few variants with Hops etc to read.
