OK a little off topic, but The Rag & Famish at Nth Sydney used to pack away the pint glasses(dimpled) on Thursday night as they used to have too many go missing on Friday!
Adamt, I reckon your mate is the first guy in Australia to get done by a barman for pinching glasses. Security or a "door bitch" I could cop, but not the barman.
