Nick: here is a blank copy of the spreadsheet I used to manage the previous bulk buy.

Row 2 is the grain prices when I organised the bulk buy. These may need updating from Ross once you get to the ordering stage.
Row 3 is where you put the first name

Column O and P errors will disappear once you put the first grain item in. This s a divide by zero error because there are zero bags in the grand total cell in P18

You may need to update the freight total in U1. This figure is then calculated into an bag freight total in O2. This is then also calculated into each persons line item based on the number of bags in their purchase.

The "At Bank" column is where I recorded funds actually hitting my bank

I have added my comments above into the spreadsheet as well.

CannibalSmurf - BB is capped at 36 sacks so you have too many at this stage. I can put you down for one or two depending on what's happening with the second sack of Crystal.

Will try to get the spreadsheet filled tonight and let you know as soon as I can.

Donske - no problem with payments. Am thinking will aim to have it closed off and ordered in about 2 weeks max. Again, pending confirmation of orders and payments of course.
