The Australian National Homebrewing Conference [ANHC]
ANHC is a two day celebration of brewing as a hobby, and of beer and beverages, and all things roughly related. We bring together the whole Australian brewing community to share knowledge, experiences, ideas and, of course, beer.
If you’re getting started on your journey as a brewer, you’ll find ways to extend your new hobby, or if you are returning to the hobby after a break, catch up with all the latest trends, and take it to the next level.
If you’re an advanced brewer, there will be deeply technical discussions, many with sensory analysis (beer), that will inspire you, and drive you to new levels of creativity. If you’re interested in other related hobbies you might find some new interests.
You will have the opportunity to socialise with like minded people, whose eyes will not glaze over at any mention of thiols. And above all else, you’ll taste some amazing beers from some of the worlds’ best brewers, and make new friends in our amazing community.
