I've been reading a few threads recently - one where a SS Conical fermenter (on a US board somewhere) was designed with the intent that it also take some pressure in order to be able to rack the fermented beer away.
What about leaving it there - either in a fridge or jacket controlled cooled - and dispencing under CO2 pressure?
What might be the pros and cons?

That'd be the fermenator. I'm not sure if it can hold enough pressure to carbonate effectively, it's only meant to take a bit for racking.

Be worth sending the manufacturer (Blichmann) an email.

That would make it a mini Unitank. Unitanks are really common in micro/craft brewreies. Especially brewpubs where they dispense straight from bright beer tanks instead of kegs.

No real cons apart from what Cortez said and the fact that I dont think they exist on the homebrew scale.

Not sure if any of the available conicals would take the pressure, not sure how practical it would be in a homebrew setting. But it would definately be cool.
