I'll be giving an all grain brewing demo this Sunday, Feb 3, starting from 10 am at Blue Mtns Brewing Supplies at Faulconbridge NSW. It will be a short method and should run for about 3 or so hours. This is a nice easy method to learn with and does not require much equipment. The beer style will be something English.
Ths shop is about a 45 minute drive from Parramatta along the M4 and Great Western Highway. Coming from Sydney, at Faulconbridge turn right at the set of lights with the Shell service station on the corner. The shop is about 60 metres from the highway. The address is 2/7 St George's Cr. Faulconbridge, 4751-4292.
