AHB daily email bombardment - can you opt out?

Hi All
Anyone know how to stop the daily email bombardment from AHB?

If they cant' stop it I'd prefer my account is deleted. As I don't come on the site very often (at all) nowadays.

go to your account settings - preferences section and uncheck the "and receive email notifications" options (4 of them)

Thanks but all of them are unchecked. Yet I still receive daily e-mails....

Suggest you tick then save and then untick and save again.. I don't get any emails, ignorance is bliss!

At the bottom of the email there is an unsubscribe link, just click that.

The settings here do not effect the daily email. You can go to the bottom of that email and find Click HERE to unsubscribe. Once done, you will not receive any others. If you ask me to stop them here, it will stop all emails (as in notices) from the forum to your email.
