Anyone ever heard of "Agate" hops ?
I tried a one-hop beer from Grand Union tonight, which used "Agate" hops, from Australia.
I'd be interested in finding out what AA% they are, and where they're grown.
To be honest, they tasted pretty similar to POR. The beer was a bit like nail ale, only much better (Possibly due to the use of good fresh english malts, and it being a cask ale).
