Adelaide Water Analysis

Hi everyone,

I wonder if anyone has gone to the trouble of getting an Adelaide water analysis. If you have, would you care to share it with me?

I'm pretty new to this water business & I will be doing my first all grain brew in the near future.

I suppose it depends on which reservoir one is being serviced by-I am at Tea Tree Gully.

If you're and Adelaide brewer how do you find you have to manipulate your water for all grain brewing?

SA Water do 5 year summaries. The latest is attached.

In TTG, you're probably on the Anstey Hill system, like me. The Hope Valley system (I'm pretty close geographically) doesn't seem to pump uphill.
