Hi,
I don't know if anyone does multiple additions to their fermentor during the process, but I do. And to keep a track of the alcohol, I made up this little spreadsheet. Basically, so I know what yeast I'll need for bottle conditioning (as some yeasts don't work when there's too much alcohol).
You just put in the volume of liquid you add to the brew at each stage in column A, and the OG and FG (also at each stage) in columns B & C. You get the total volume, the %ABV and the total alcohol volume.
I generally only do one addition - but it's useful up to 6 additions (including the original one).
