I like chop and 3 veg every night and me cocoa at 9.30 in my pyjamas. Change just complicates life and the only hop I use for all my beers is, out of boredom I've forgotten. Maybe that green one.

Going with mosaic, versatile hop. Good everywhere with à large spectrum of aroma/taste

Styrian Goldings is used commercially in ales and lagers and is classified as spicy. A mid-strength hop at around 6%AA and with cohumulone levels not too high it makes for a dual purpose bittering and flavour hop and can be used for dry hopping as well.

For me, Styrian Goldings is the most versatile hop for all beer types and multiple additions

Close to my favourite hop and I have used in altbier, apa, various belgian styles and uk bitters so versatle as they come.

Mine are usually closer to 3.5% though.

EKG or Northdown I find to be very versatile. Of course overall Magnum has played a pretty big role in my brewery.
